According to Merriam-Webster, Stewardship is “the careful and responsible management of something entrusted to one’s care”. One of the hallmarks of all of the ranchers providing beef to and placing their brand alongside the Authentic Beef Ranches brand is that they are excellent stewards…. of the land, the water, the grass and the cattle that they’ve been given the privilege and responsibility of managing. They take their opportunity to manage the natural resources that they’ve been entrusted with very seriously; they give it their best and pursue excellence everyday as they steward these resources in a manner that allows them to respectfully place their ranch brand on every steak they produce. Isn’t that the kind of rancher that you want to know you are buying your beef from?
